Terms of Use

These terms apply to VeloBriefing, published by AITEKS SOLUCOES EM TECNOLOGIA LTDA. By using the app you accept them together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula). If they conflict, Apple's agreement prevails for matters it covers.

VeloBriefing summarizes weather forecasts from Apple Weather and MET Norway. Forecasts can be wrong and conditions can change quickly. Agreement between sources is not a probability of rain.

Traffic shows Apple Maps' usual pattern for cars at that day and hour, not live traffic and not a measure of cyclists. Suggested street courses may include roads that are unsuitable or closed to bicycles.

The app is not a navigation, safety or emergency service. Check current conditions and local rules before and during every ride, follow traffic laws and use your own judgment. Do not interact with the app while riding.

VeloBriefing offers free features and optional auto-renewable Pro subscriptions. Videos, cards and ride invitations remain free. Do not misuse shared links, disrupt services or use the app unlawfully.

The price, billing period and any eligible trial are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Restore purchases in the Pro screen. Apple handles refund requests under its policies.

Forecast data comes from Apple Weather and from MET Norway under CC BY 4.0. Maps and routing come from Apple Maps; the example route uses OpenStreetMap data under ODbL. These services follow their own terms and may change or stop. Strava, Apple Health and other names are trademarks of their owners; VeloBriefing is not endorsed by them.

Rides you create or import remain yours. When you share a ride, you are responsible for sharing it only with people you choose and for having the right to share it.

The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Aiteks is not liable for decisions made from forecasts, routes or traffic shown in the app, or for losses arising from weather, road or traffic conditions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights where you live.
