Import a GPX file, a Strava segment or route link, or a cycling workout from Apple Health (Import → Apple Health). Health data is read only on your iPhone.
In the briefing, pick a day, slide the departure time and tap any card for the hour-by-hour detail: temperature and wind, rain at each place, wind on each stretch, traffic and sources.
Apple Watchinstall VeloBriefing on the watch from the Watch app. Rides arrive from the iPhone and the watch reads its own forecasts. Add a complication to your watch face for the pinned ride.
Widgetsadd VeloBriefing to the Home Screen, Lock Screen or StandBy and choose which ride it follows. Siri: say "Will it rain on my ride in VeloBriefing?".
Ride alertsturn them on in the menu. You get a summary the evening before early rides, or two hours before, and an alert when the next ride turns wet or dry.
SharingShare ride sends a link that opens the ride in VeloBriefing or shows the forecast in any browser, a 9:16 story card or an animated route video.
Offline, the last saved forecast stays available with a notice. Refresh before leaving. Traffic is Apple Maps' usual pattern, not live traffic. The app is not a navigation or emergency service.
