Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Night Prayer app, provided by Aiteks LTDA. By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

About the app

Night Prayer is a Catholic bedtime app. You pray by reading prayers, psalms, and the rosary verse by verse, while calming bundled music plays. The app is free forever: all content is open to every user, with no account and no ads, and it works fully offline.

Support purchases (optional)

The app is and remains free. Optionally, you may support its development through these purchases. They do not unlock any content — the app is identical with or without them. What you receive is a supporter badge and a personalized recognition screen inside the app.

• Friend — auto-renewing weekly subscription, US$1.99/week.
• Supporter — auto-renewing monthly subscription, US$5.99/month.
• Patron — auto-renewing annual subscription, US$19.99/year.
• Benefactor — one-time (non-recurring) purchase, US$49.99.

Auto-renewal terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.

Cancellation

To cancel, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device and select Night Prayer. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region.

Spiritual content disclaimer

Night Prayer offers spiritual prayer and devotional reading. It is not medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing severe anxiety, insomnia, or distress, please seek help from a qualified professional.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Restrictions

• Do not modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or distribute the app.
• Do not use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Do not interfere with the operation or security of the app.

Intellectual property

The app — including its design, source code, and features — is the exclusive property of Aiteks LTDA. Traditional Catholic prayers and Scripture are in the public domain; the app's interface, translations, and original content are protected by copyright.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee its accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aiteks LTDA is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with the courts of São Paulo - SP as the competent forum.
