Coffee Tracker is a mobile application designed to help users track their coffee consumption habits. The App allows users to log their coffee intake, view consumption patterns, and gain insights into their coffee drinking habits.

All data entered into the App is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or process any of your personal data or consumption history on external servers. It is your responsibility to maintain and back up your data as needed.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AITEKS SOLUCOES EM TECNOLOGIA LTDA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AITEKS SOLUCOES EM TECNOLOGIA LTDA be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
